Having graduated in web programming and design in Seattle, she worked as a Web Producer, Xbox games tester and usability consultant before returning to the UK as a web consultant and government web manager.

Specialising in website accessibility and user experience design, she successfully delivered the biggest government website league table improvement in the history of SiteMorse.
