Objective:

AN Marketing Services, a division of Associated Newspapers, required an intranet that was both independent of and more simple to use than the Associated group’s existing site.

The proposal sought to put knowledge sharing at the heart of the new site, replacing the previous e-mail exchange based system with a more reliable and efficient online one.

Solution:

The brief was completed to include the following:

  • Comment features
  • Newsletter application
  • Email templates
  • Online polls/votes

Result:

A key feature of the Front of Mind designed intranet was the Knowledge Bank, a bespoke product comprising four main categories, one for each of the four groups within AN Marketing, and a wide range of client specified sub-categories. Periodic customisable e-newsletters serve to draw attention back to the site and bring subscribers up to date with the latest developments within the group.
